Yes, KYC is required for almost all kinds of features to use.
For KYC verification, please start by signing up through the app. Initially, your KYC status will be marked as 'Pending.' Once you log in, upload your Passport or Driving License. After that, your status will change to 'In Review.' Our team will promptly verify your documents, and you will be notified when your status is updated to 'Approved'.

Mypursu does not charge any fees for standard transactions of payments to vendors. However, certain payment methods or special services like concierge package services may incur a small processing fee, which will always be clearly communicated before completing the transaction.

Yes, Add user/ Added employe can directly login to mypursu mobile app with their registered mail ID. And can complete their ID verification to unlock mypursu services.
*Note: Concierge package and withdrawal services will not be provided to Add user/ added employ account holders. They should request their Corporate admin to Load funds to their Spending power.

No tax include for standard transactions of payments to vendors, however a minimal processing fee (not tax) is applied, which will be clearly displayed on your invoice. You can review the fee before proceeding with the payment.

You will need either your Zelle account information(Zelle number) or your basic bank details(Bank name, Account type, Account number and Routing number).
Generally, you can withdraw any amount (up to your spending power). However, certain restrictions may apply based on your KYC level. You can review your KYC status and account balance directly through the MyPursu dashboard.
